Prime Care Domiciliary Ltd was incorporated on 16th January 2017 and was registered with CQC on 17th July 2017. The directors of the company are nurses who have more than 20 years of experience in the health and social care sector in the UK. Initially, Prime Care Domiciliary Ltd was registered with CQC to provide domiciliary/home care in West Sussex, operating from our Horsham office. As part of the expansion program, we extended our service to the Essex region by adding a new location with CQC in 2022. Operations in the Essex location are managed from the Colchester office.
Our West Sussex location operations were inspected by CQC on the 31st of March 2023 and was awarded a ‘GOOD’ rating on all the KPIs. Our Essex location is waiting to be inspected by the regulators.
We use the advantage of technological support to provide high-quality care to our service users. Our Electronic Call Monitoring system allows us to monitor real-time call monitoring so that missed or late calls can be avoided. Our fleet of cars is relatively new with low pollution and is environment friendly. We reduce the use of paper and printing by communicating and saving information electronically.
We have well-experienced and trained staff who deliver all sorts of care including Domiciliary/home care, live-in care, sleep-in or awake night care, and daycare. Our staff are trained to care for people with complex care needs, end-of-life, dementia, sensory impairment, and physical or mental disabilities. They are trained to use manual handling equipment, and care requirements like managing PEG tubes, Tracheostomy care, stoma care, catheter care etc.
